BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy

Tracy graduated as a Sports Rehabilitator and Athletic Therapist from Carlow IT. She then went on to work at Tallaght Physiotherapy Clinic, Dublin and Munster Clinic in Thurles.
Tracy has a particular interest in re-injury preventative treatment through muscle activation and specific functional rehabilitation techniques.

Her treatments include:

Imelda qualified as a Pilates Instructor in 2002, other qualifications include:

Yoga Teacher
Barre Instructor
Pfilates Instructor (Pelvic Floor Pilates)

Her commitment to continuous study combined with over 12yrs experience is the key to her success as a teacher. Imelda teaches classes in the Gael Scoil, Kilkenny, private small group classes and 1-1 private classes. Imelda runs very high standard classes for her clients, dividing classes into different levels, in a relaxed and non-competitive environment.
